FAQ
The cost depends on the format, number of attendees, location, date and scope of production. A corporate event budget usually includes: venue hire, catering, AV and stage, set design and branding, attractions and speakers, staffing, transport and accommodation, and a project management fee. After a short brief I prepare a line-by-line cost estimate and a recommended scope, with no hidden costs.
As early as possible, because the best venues and suppliers are booked well ahead. As a rule of thumb: a conference, congress or gala takes 4 to 6 months, a client event or team-building event 2 to 3 months, and a kick-off or town hall 4 to 6 weeks. Shorter timelines are possible if venue and supplier availability allows.
Yes. I can take over the whole project or support your team in a selected area, for example concept, budget, venue selection, production or on-site coordination.
Yes. I work day to day in Warsaw and Lodz, and deliver projects across Poland. I also organize events abroad, for example an evening gala and press meeting in Frankfurt am Main.
From intimate client and partner meetings to conferences, galas and corporate events for several hundred attendees. Examples include the mBank conference series, the CX Day conference and the EPBN ceremony and gala. I match the team and production scope to the scale of the project.
Yes. First I review the current stage, budget, schedule, contracts and key risks, then I propose a safe way to take over or complement the project.
Once the scope is agreed, you receive a clear offer and a payment schedule. The billing model depends on the scale of the project and on whether I take over the whole organization or a selected stage. Production costs such as venue, catering and tech are shown separately in the cost estimate, line by line. We confirm the details, including the contracting party, before work starts.
The most important are: the event goal, planned date and location, number of attendees, format, expected scope of support and an indicative budget. If you do not have all the details yet, we will start with a short call.
